Returns & Refunds Policy
At Nuvorinex, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, our return policy makes it simple to request a replacement or refund.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that:

The product is unused and undamaged.

It’s in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or refund your return shipping expense.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund request.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos and a short description of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
