Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey.

After dispatch, average delivery times are:

- United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
- United States: 8–12 business days
- Other countries: 10–15 business days

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders over €30 / £30 / $30.
Orders below that threshold will have a standard delivery fee automatically calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Delays & Customs
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures or courier-related factors beyond our control.
